Image : GPBRIDGE.JPG Author: Greg Pape (mstgreg@cencom.net) The inspiration for the bridge in GPBRIDGE (and probably the inspiration for my creating a bridge in the first place) is a bridge in Alton, Illinois, that I crossed during a recent trip (just in case you were wondering... ;). I also thought I'd throw in a nice sunset approaching; a tiny band of color underneath a blue sky. The image is 800x600x16.7 million colors. It took 1 hour and 32 minutes to render on a P120. Questions welcome and comments appreciated! Drop me a mail at mstgreg@cencom.net, and if I don't respond to that (my mail system is not always the most reliable), I read comp.graphics.rendering.raytracing and often drop in on IRC. Enjoy! - Greg --
